Starting from - The Old Bathing Hut Café, St Leonards. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments during the ride or at the end Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN38 0AH

Starting from St Leonards we use the cycle path to Bexhill where we cycle along the seafront. At the Cooden Beach Hotel we'll turn left along Herbrandt Walk, Sluice Road & Sluice Lane to the Pevensey roundabout. We take the 3rd exit then a left into Rickney Lane (no stopping at Chilley Farm!) which takes us to Rickney, then Rickney Road takes us to Hankham, we turn left onto Hankham Hall Road, & left into Peelings Lane. Another left brings us to Westham High Street then Castle Road Pevensey where we can stop for refreshments either at the tea rooms or the pub depending on how busy they are. This is at the 15.5 mile point. After our break we cycle to Pevensey Bay & a left will take us onto Coast Road which then links us back to Sluice Road & Herbrandt Walk. I plan to use Cooden Drive & Wickham Avenue then right onto Sackville Road & left onto the Marina. We will follow this to Galley Hill and then cycle back to St Leonards
