This is a short bike ride, mostly on cycle paths and avoiding hills, to visit a local garden that is open as part of the National Garden Scheme. Details of the garden can be viewed here

We will cycle out on the cycle path along the river and Hockley viaduct and then return to Winchester via the streets of St Cross to visit the garden and enjoy tea there.
Everyone is welcome - all bike types - no fancy clothes or equipment required - just a working bike and helmet.
Please remember to cancel your place if you can’t make it or are unwell.
Things to bring:
Please ensure you have the right clothing for the weather (layers are better)
A drink
A spare inner tube and pump just in case of a puncture (don’t worry if you don’t know how to fix it, there is always someone to help)
A padlock
