SO23 7AB

This is a summer tour ride skirting the edge of New Forest. It is a longer ride, done over the course of a day. You don't need to have done this distance before, as long as you cycle regularly and are comfortably cycling on our challenging rides.
There will be stops for coffee (and cake), ice cream and a pub lunch, and photo taking, so plenty of chances to break up the distance.
We will head out towards Farley Mount and Merdon castle (a little hilly to start with), through Awbridge and Shootash for our coffee stop at Headlands Farm in West Wellow.
We will stop for a few pony photos as we cycle through Furzley, Bramshaw and Nomansland, with an optional stop for ice cream in Sherfield English.
Only a few short miles until lunch in Dunbridge, and our return to Winchester via Mottisfont, Houghton, Somborne valley and Crawley.

You will need
A roadworthy bike and helmet
Bike lock, money / cash for refreshments stops
An extra layer of clothing / packable rainjacket depending on weather
Suncream
Snacks / electrolyte drink/ water
