Fit for Life : Windsor Great Park

This is a women only road ride, and whilst we will enjoy the majority of the route in the glorious Windsor Great Park, there are a couple of road miles in traffic each way. The route is therefore traffic free, for the most part. If you are nervous of cycling in traffic, this is the perfect opportunity to practice and I would be happy to coach you through it. Aspiring road cyclists that would like more confidence, to ultimately ride a little further on the roads where they will encounter traffic, will be well suited to this ride. We'll be working towards riding as a group to enjoy the social element of cycling. We will finish with a coffee when we rerturn to Peascod Street.
