Woldingham Wandle

A pretty 15 mile undulating ride from Sanderstead Pond to Woldingham , then through the lovely grounds of Woldingham Girls school and back through Warlingham. We start at the pond and cycle straight up the Limpsfield road, which can be a bit busy, but has some cycle lanes further up. We then drop down through the lovely Surrey countryside, with beautiful views, to the back of Woldingham Girls School and cycle through the quite roads past Cows, horses and chickens, then a steep climb back up to Warlingham Green  and then a straight run back to the pond. This ride is best suited to hybrid or road bikes. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack. Wearing a helmet is advisable. Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks and snacks, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require). Please give your bike a check over before you come along i.e. tyres pumped up, gears and breaks etc THIS RIDE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS Don’t forget….
