Staerting from Cycling Susans House in Wollaton we will head out of town via cycle tracks to West Bridgford, Gamston, Cropwell Bishop and Langar stopping at the Cafe in Naturescape, Coach Gap Ln, Langar, Nottingham NG13 9HP.
Returning via Tithby, Radcliffe on Trent and along the track at Holme Pierrepont
