Ride leaders are National Standard qualified cycle instructors.
Where possible, roads will be quieter and we use segregated cycle routes, paths, towpaths etc. However, there will inevitably be some road riding.
There will be a cafe stop around half-way.
Please ensure your cycle is roadworthy with working brakes, inflated tyres etc.and arrive 5-10 minutes before 10am to ensure a prommpt departure.
