THIS RIDE IS WEATHER DEPENDENT.
The ride starts at the Village Hall in Wye. Wye can be reached either by public transport (train) or car. There is car parking at the village hall. There is also a free car park nearby if this one is busy. From Wye we will ride towards Ashford, but not entering the town, and take in the lovely countryside that sits outside it. The total elevation is fairly flat, but there are some small undulations.
This ride promises to be a bit faster than the usual Breeze ride, so expect to achieve an average of 12mph.

A rolling flattish ride in the countryside outskirts of Ashford, Kent

We will be riding mostly on very quiet country roads, but crossing busier roads on three occasions.

The planned coffee stop will be at the end of the ride at the newly opened Wye Hub, a new cycling/walking/hiking cafe. During the ride we will stop briefly for water and photos.

Helmets are compulsory on this ride. Please bring spare inner tube for your bike, tools to remove the wheel and tyre to replace the inner tube; cash/card for refreshments; essential medication; fluids; snacks that you usually rely on during a ride.

We never leave anyone behind
