Out to Wysall then west under the East Midlands airport flightpath to Sutton Bonnington and to Normanton where there is a pop up cafe behind the village hall. Then continue along the river soar, over Fox Hill to Stanford and cotes returning via Prestwold and Hoton to Wymeswold.

All on minor roads with minimum traffic, although there are a couple of major road crossings and of course East Leake can be busy.

Apart from the usual drink stops, we may call at the community cafe behind the village hall in Normanton on Soar, 12 miles into the ride.

Dress for the weather, Helmets are essential and some money for the cafe stop.
