Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

From Wythenshawe Park, follow local tracks and trails through Chorlton Water Park, past Sale Water Park to Stretford.
Join the Bridgewater Canal and head up towards the Ship Canal, join local paths past Barton Aerodrome and then through the field lanes to Irlam.
Coffee break at Irlam Station then head back to the Bridgewater Canal and start point.
Tracks and paths may get muddy or slippery so avoid skinny road tyres.
Please bring a puncture kit or spare tube, bike lock, money for refreshments and a helmet is advised.
A fairly long route at 30 miles but beginners are welcome.
