Cross Flatts Park Family Community Event

Our free family community events are ideal for the whole family to enjoy cycling in a safe and friendly space. Join us at Cross Flatts Park, Beeston, Leeds where you can ride at your own pace as many times as you like with volunteers on hand to chat all things cycling.

This will be a cycling festival style event and will be celebrating everything cycling!! In addition to the British Cycling community cycle event there will be balance bike sessions, learn to ride, bike maintenance, led rides and more. For the community cycle event we will have a small number of bikes and helmets FREE hire, including adult, junior and balance bikes (first come first served basis). 

What’s on offer?

We will have a host of volunteers on hand to help improve your cycling skills. Our knowledgeable volunteers will be available to support you as well as provide information on some of our other programmes including led rides and women-only rides in your area.

It's totally free to take part, so simply sign up below and turn up anytime between 1pm and 4pm. Please sign on at the British Cycling stand near The Bridge Café in the Park.
