Manor House Gardens
A fairly gentle circular route from Lee to the Thames and back. You pass Mottingham and Avely Hill before heading north to the ruins of Lesnes Abbey, why not stop for a short rest. Then it's back on the bikes and a more leisurely pedal away from the traffic to Crossness Pumping Station and along the Thames to Woolwich. At Woolwich Ferry you rejoin the road and return to Lee via Blackheath.
