Leicester seems to have more than it’s fair share of phantoms, probably because it is one of England’s oldest Towns. The Ghost Ride will take in Leicester’s Old Town and include a Tormented Cavalier a Phantom Policeman and the notorious Black Annis at the Turret Gateway in the Castle area.
