Starting point

Little Bispham Tram Stop

Blackpool
Lancashire
FY5 1PQ

Blackpool

This ride takes in a quieter part of Blackpool Promenade, with fabulous views out to sea, northwards to the hills of the Southern Lake District, and southwards to The Wirral and North Wales.   Starting on the Upper Walk cycle path, across the road from the historic Little Bispham tram stop, the route heads along the upper path, passing the Bispham tram stop, the old Cabin Lift, down past the Sunken Gardens to Gynn Square, then along to North Pier.

Its then time to turn around to head back north, potentially stopping at the cafe on the Lower Walk below Gynn Square for ice creams, teas, or coffees.  Suitably refreshed, you can then return along the Upper Walk to the start point, hopefully with the wind behind you.
