UCLan Sports Arena

This gentle two and a half mile route starts from the UCLan Sports Arena and heads slowly onto the Lancaster Canal tow path.  This newly laid grass verge, running along the waters edge, makes a lovely and peaceful environment for a bike ride.  From the canal, the route heads through the woodland of Haslam Park as you wind your way towards and around the large duck pond in the centre of the park for a nice relaxing break.  You complete the circular route by heading back along Britain's newest inland waterway, the Millennium Ribble Link. A great route which families can enjoy time and time again.
