An 8.2 mile circular route along the Great Central Way and banks of the River Soar to the picturesque village and conservation area of Aylestone. Get a taste of the old industrial Leicester whilst taking in the endless waterscape views and regenerated mills. Once at Aylestone the grand hall and church show off two of Leicestershire's architectural gems. On mainly traffic free trails and minor suburban roads this is a perfect route for the family.
