The Pie & Tea Ride

Starting from Guildford, you'll head out through the University Campus (look out for the unusual sculptures!) towards Wood Street Village & the Christmas Pie trail. The 18.84 mile route follows mainly quiet roads but there are some easy, flat, off-road tracks through woodland, too.

There'll be a chance to stop along the Pie trail to grab your breath & enjoy the pretty surroundings before you head for the first of the hills where you will find the Hogs Back Brewery & T.E.A!  Our climb will be rewarded by a refreshment stop at the cyclist-friendly Seale Tea Room.

The second climb is rewarded by a long downhill after which you will rejoin the Pie trail & head back towards Guildford.  With its lovely scenery & mix of on- & off-road cycling, this route is ideal for anyone wanting to stretch their legs & get out of town.
