Come and try this fantastic 14 mile route that starts at the Rheged Centre.  You quickly leave the bustle behind and pick up the surrounding quiet lanes that take you directly into perfect low traffic cycling country.  There are some awesome views along the way with the charm of the Greystoke Cycle Café a welcome sight at the halfway point.  After a well-earned breather and refreshments you'll make your way back with the winding lanes weaving this fab mini-tour back to Rheged.

This route has been British Cycling assessed as an accessible route, meaning it is suitable for the majority of adaptive bikes. The route will have no or low levels of traffic, there will be plenty of space and will have a good surface throughout.
