Venta Silumun

This route is a journey back through history to when Rome touched this part of Wales; it visits the Cadw Site at Caerwent. You'll travel through the beautiful Gwent Levels, then onto the town of Caldicot. Why not have a quick stop for a coffee in the village of Magor before continuing your journey on back through the Levels to Newport.  This is a brilliant route for those looking to stretch their legs and see some unusual sights.
