Starting at the top of the 5 rise locks, we will join the road at Crossflatts and head towards the cycle path at Riddlesden. We re-join the road near Cliffe Castle, then follow the road until we pass the level crossing at Cross Hills. We will then follow the short section of road and turn left at the roundabout to access the underpass, heading to Kildwick - the first hill! We will continue through Kildwick to the A629 to cross (walk or cycle - your choice) to head to Cononley. We’ll cycle through Cononley and out again via the very long & steep hill towards Sutton in Craven, and will stop at Paceline for refreshments. We will then head back to Bingley through Eastburn & Utley, back to the 5 Rise locks.
