Now it's Autumn let's try to keep, even develop, that fitness. This ride forms part of a series of rides from October to Christmas and will normally Start / Finish in the main car park of Dinton Pastures by the Dragonfly Cafe (in it if it's raining!). Routes will be added a month in advance (to better reflect needs, wishes even alternative start points), and the aim is to always finish together - but please check the distance and pace advice.
