Under the Bandstand by the cycle route (NCR23) at the Hackwood Road entrance to War Memorial Park by the Party Workshop.

**Suit those fairly new to us wanting to try a little road riding but mostly cycle paths. ** This is a good starter ride with us if you've mastered the basics of bike riding and happy to ride for just over an hour with some stops. A slight change to the normal Tuesday morning rides to encourage some new ladies and show them some local short routes. You can bring any bike, but note that it will be quite bumpy for road bikes through Crabtree Plantation and will require care/balance. We will head on the cycle path through War Memorial by Totally Tennis and follow the path out of the Park and to Black Dam Ponds. We will continue through Crabtree taking on the short 'hill challenge' (walking if required, it's not long!) and then take quiet roads and a stretch of cycle path through Old Basing towards the Millstone Pub for an optional stop before heading back to War Memorial via Eastrop Park.
