Meeting outside of Beics Brenin shop at Coed Y Brenin visitor centre. 10.15 ready for bike check, ride 10.30am. I aim to be back at the cafe for 14.30 latest. But this time can change for a number of reasons.

This is almost a repeat of a previous ride up to Adams Family. If you have ridden blue, with a little bit of red but would like to build confidence on red trails, or try some new red trails then this is for you. There will be quite a bit of climbing, mostly ridable on forest road, but one part will most likely be walking. Trails on the descent involved various technical objects you would expect to find on a natural trail such as mud, roots and rocks. These are some great trails!

Be prepared to be out for several hours, and we will be further from the visitor centre so bring snacks and water to put in your bag. Along with spare inner tubes, pump and repair kit.

Please dress for the weather - carry a waterproof if not wearing it.

Please bring any medicine you require such as inhalers etc.
