Andover: Picket Twenty Get Back on your Bike Confidence building and Ride (3 sessions)

Together with Pilgrim's Cross C of E Primary School and the Picket Twenty Community Association we are running a series of three sessions and cycle rides for ladies in the area. You can come to one, or all three if you can make it! The aim is for local ladies to develop more confidence to cycle on their own, with friends or family, and learn new cycle routes into town and find quiet routes in the surrounding countryside. We'll meet outside the school reception. You'll learn new skills and techniques from a qualified female cycle instructor in a secure environment first off the road, and then put it into practice on a led cycle ride with female cycle leaders.Some rides will have a refreshments stop, and the opportunity to discuss what you've learnt, and what you would like to do next. You should bring clothes you are comfortable cycling in related to the weather on the day. Gloves are normally a good idea, and we ask that you wear a helmet.
