Parliament Hill Fields

Come and spend some time in Hampstead Heath, one of London's loveliest green spaces. This is a very easy, flat route traversing the cycle path at the foot of Parliament Hill as many times as you like.  This route is ideal for families and adults who want to try cycling for the first time or get back in to cycling after a number of years out!  The route is perfect for stabilisers and child trailers.

If you would like to join in the fun but don't have a bike, Transport for London have a great way to join in! Santander Cycles provide a convenient option if need a bike. The closest docking station to the start of this ride is Castlehaven Road, Camden Town.

TfL has banned non-folding e-bikes on trains from 31 March 2025.

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Dress for the weather on the day.
