Leaving the YMCA centre at Upton on Severn we head towards Castkemorton then on to Hartpury, returning through Tirley and Longdon.

A meandering route to Hartpury and Ashleworth, then back through Tirley and Longdon

Mostly quiet lanes with very short stretches of slightly busier roads.

We plan to stop after about 23 miles at The Bakery, Corse Lawn. Lovely pasties and bacon rolls We have the option of a second coffee at Clives on our return .

Helmets must be worn, spare inner tube, clothes appropriate for the weather Hopefully sunny as it's an outdoor cafe!
