Starting point

Neath Port Talbot
SA1 8EN

A 10km loop from the Bay Campus to Pant y Sais Fen National Nature Reserve and back via the Tennant Canal, home to the famous Fen Raft Spider. We'll do a loop of the boardwalk at the Fen to look at the wildlife of this fantastic nature reserve.

Most of the route is on traffic-free cycle paths and towpath, with a short section of quiet road

All you need is a roadworthy bike - check tyres and brakes before setting off, helmets are recommended. We'll be starting and finishing at the Santander Bike hub at the Bay Campus, so you can always hire a bike for the trip.

This is a flat route away from traffic, so well suited to first timers - we never leave anyone behind!
