Bee Hive Cafe

Starting at Haugh car park near the toilets.
Bring your climbing legs for just under 17 miles of challenging, hilly cycling through beautiful countryside on B class roads to reach our refreshment stop.
From the Haugh we shall head up Wilton Park Road and onto the B711 road at Martin's Bridge.We pass through Roberton, continuing to the top of our climb near to Alemoor Reservoir. We continue on that road, crossing 4 cattle grids before emerging onto the B707 Selkirk/Langholm road at Tushielaw. We turn left and cycle approx 1 mile to reach our destination.
Our return journey is the same route in reverse.
Your bike should be in working condition, tyres pumped up. Bring spare inner tubes, pump, and tools for your particular bike. Helmet mandatory, gloves advisable. Wear clothing suitable for weather, consider sun cream.
If using an E-bike, please ensure your battery if fully charged and you have a back up plan to get home in event of a mechanical. Remember cash/card for cafe.
