This ride will set off from Baltic Square heading west along the south bank of the Tyne before crossing Scotswood Bridge and starting to head Up and North to Ponteland before heading east back to the start This will be a mix of roads, paved cycleways, and a few short sections of gravel As always we'll stop for coffee and cake, probably Jan's Kitchen at Ponteland

Helmets are mandatory on our rides. Please make sure that you have spare inner tubes and basic tools. You'll also need cash or card if you plan on indulging in cake and coffee
