Blue ride to Spokes

Starting from - We will be starting at the Oval cafe off Ambrose Lane. There is parking in YWAM but also on the roads near by. I don't know what the policy of parking at YWAM.
Please note - we are not starting from Bexley - what ever anything else on the post says! We leave from Harpenden :)

A rolling ride to Spokes, a classic blue. So about 11mph average.
We will be mainly on lanes or back roads, but there may be the occasional busier road.
We are planning to stop at Spokes, and great cycling cafe just outside Codicott
Please remember to wear your helmet, layers, including wind / rain / shower proof - check the forecast! water, spare inner tube and money - both for emergency and refreshments :)
