Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will meet outside the café at the visitors centre at Marquis drive. We start the session with hints and tips allowing you to increase your confidence cycling around Marquis drive (all on the flat). Then we will head out on the blue route putting into practice what we have learnt. A four week course getting you back on your bike, increasing your confidence and fitness to be able to ride the blue route. The course is run by women for women offering you a supportive fun experience to cycling. We love it and we want you to love it too.

It will be all off road, practicing basic skills to gain confidence around marquis drive (on the flat) we will then head out on the blue routes allowing you to put into practice hints and tips learnt. On each session we will build on the previous week and also extend the length of ride so that by week four together we will complete the long blue route.

We will stop at the end of the ride for a coffee and something sweet if you fancy it!

You will ideally have a Mountain bike. Helmets needed / money for drinks/cake / a spare inner tube and bike pump / bike in good working order - check your tyre pressure, gears moving and brakes work!
