From the carpark next to Mayfield garden centre, we will check our bikes, talk through the route, and then ride out on the Birgham road, turning at the PlumBraes cottage sign and follow road back and into Kelso, where we will go for a cuppa and blether, maybe a cake, you never know if it’s sunny- Icecream could be needed
Country roads
Junctions, tops of hills, photo stops, have a drink, anywhere ride leaders ask, or feel needed
Helmets must be worn, bike must be in good working order, if you have an inner tube be great to have on your bike, and if you have a bottle cage, a bottle of water/juice be great
