A route west from Bourne Bridge via Holbrook, Tattingstone, and Capel St.Mary, for a cafe stop either in Hadleigh (The Fork) or at The Miller's Kitchen at Kersey Mill (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Hintlesham and Belstead.

Roads are rural and quiet with light traffic expected. Can be slightly busier through Hadleigh and Hintlesham.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube,tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for punctures should they arise. A multi-tool is also useful for runing maintenance. Assistance given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
