Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Leaving Wellington Health & Fitness Club in Crowthorne at 9.30am, using cycle lanes and road, we will head out towards Sandhurst, ride through "bits of" Sandhurst, Darby Green, Yateley and Finchampstead before stopping for a well earned cuppa at California Country Park. From there we will head back to Crowthorne and the Club. The route is certainly undulating in places so while it's a short ride, we should all get a good workout :). Pace will be set by the group but please note it's a "no drop" ride ie we will re-group as often as required to ride as one group. Given the recent cooler temperatures, please do wear sufficient layers - you can always strip off en route! Cycle helmets are definitely required as the route is mainly tarmac cycle paths or road, with one rutted byway which is not suitable for road bikes with skinny tyres.
Please do bring with you a drink, a bike lock, some money for the café stop, a waterproof and a spare inner tube your bike. Hopefully by bringing the last two items, you won't need either of them! Hope to see you on Sunday.
