Breeze Bromley Beginners to Hayes and Coney Hall 12 mile bike ride

We'll be taking a circular route from Norman Park to Hayes and Coney Hall. Inevitably there are some uphill bits but no-one gets left behind.

This is a ride to help you get back on the bike with confidence. You'll have the opportunity to practice left and right turns, as well as negotiate junctions, roundabouts and some traffic, led by an experienced cyclist. As much as possible we'll be on the quieter roads however there are a couple of busy junctions to negotiate. Road tyres on a road bike or hybrid bike will be most suitable.

Helmets are advisable. Please ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions and that your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up as well as a spare inner tube to fit your bike. You might want to bring some water and a snack especially if it's a hot day.
