Breeze for Christmas - Dress up and ride

From Durham Cathedral to Langley Moor and Meadowfield, Scripton Gill and Sunderland Bridge, returning via Croxdale Estate and Shincliffe.

Our annual fancy dress Christmas ride, dress up in something festive and spread some xmas joy on the bridleways and quiet roads around Durham City. Join us for the traditional tour of our favourite route. We will aim to finish at the Cathedral for coffee and slice of something seasonal so do please bring some money for refreshments.
Celebrating Christmas and freedom so do please go wild with the bicycle decorations. We need festive cheer, this year more than ever!

As usual Covid restrictions will remain in place - please bring along your own puncture repair kit and an inner tube that fits your bike. We will aim to supervise any repairs and the ride leaders will carry sanitiser and wipes to minimise any risk.

Our annual Christmas ride from Durham Cathedral to Brancepth, Croxdale and back for tea at the Cathedral Cafe. This year we have a panto theme and will be raising money for Charity.

Quiet road and off road.

This is a circular route with a cafe stop at the end.

It's panto themed, but please do try and incorporate a helmet and make sure your are weather proofed. A spare inner tube appropriate for your bike is also very welcome. Mince pies and christmas tunes are recommended.
