This will be a lovely ride mainly on cycle paths and towpath and will include part of the return route on the segregated blue route along the Bristol Road. We will go into the city centre along the towpath, coming out at Gas Street Basin then we will head to Oozells Square to see the cherry blossom looking beautiful at this time of year. We could call in for a coffee there too. Please bring a good lock for your bike.
We will then head back across town and could walk this part of the route if traffic is busy.
After the Bristol Road blue route we will ride through Cannon Hill Park and back along the cycle path in the Rea Valley to Stirchley.
As experienced, enthusiastic cyclists we are keen to share our knowledge of routes and cycling and we think you will really love this ride!
Please make sure your bike is roadworthy, tyres are pumped up and that you have a spare inner tube. Please wear a helmet and gloves and dress in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather. Bring a drink and a snack.
Message me if you have any questions.
It’s going to be great to get out on two wheels with all the signs of Spring along the route!
