- We will cycle mainly on quiet roads to Redbourn for a well deserved coffee and cake. This route has some of my favourite roads (e.g. Nettleden Road and Gaddesdon Row, with sweeping gentle descents). We will go out via this route

- This has some steep hills and descents, so you need to be fairly confident riding, but we will regroup at the top of every hill and nobody will be left behind.
- Please bring the usual (inner tubes, etc). I would prefer that you wear a helmet for your own safety.
- I can’t see who is on the waitlist, so if you are on it, send me a message via the “contact the leader” button, preferably with your phone number, and I will see whether I can make any more spaces.
- You can easily get to Chesham by Chiltern Rail or Metropolitan Line
- If you are unsure of the way to the pool we can call in at the station on the way if you message me beforehand.
- You can take your bike anywhere on the Metropolitan Line off-peak Mon-Fri (peak hours are 7:30-9:30 and 16:00-19:00). For info see
