We'll cycle along the Ebury Way, a little bit along the canal and along quiet rides to the lovely Woodlands Cafe in Leavesden Country Park. We'll also visit Leavesden Cycle Hub - the sister hub to Watford.

On the way back we'll go through Cassiobury Park and back along path to return to the Aquadrome.
