We'll meet by the skate park at the bottom of Scots Hill. We'll ride out through Loudwater, Sarratt and Bovingdon to Sunnyside Up.

We'll stop here for brunch/lunch and afterwards we'll cycle for a short stretch on the towpath - it's fine for road bikes (I've done it). We'll then ride back through Abbots Langley and Watford.

This is a new route along some familiar roads and also some new ones (for us!) to Sunnyside Up Cafe in Hemel.

A mixture of B roads and a few cycle paths/

We'll stop at the Sunnyside Up Cafe which is a community cafe run by adults with learning disabilities.

Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please also check your bike is roadworthy before leaving to join us this includes making sure that your tyres are adequately inflated. Also bring with you at least one spare inner tube, a pump and any tools you will need in case of a puncture.
