The route back will loop through Fonmon, Rhoose to Barry then drop to Barry docks, Sully and back to Penarth.
Join me for a nice 30 miler down to Aberthaw for lunch.
We will cycle on mainly quiet roads and cycle paths.
We will stop at the blue anchor for coffee/lunch please bring your lock to secure bikes outside.
