Got a squeak, clunk or concerned about something your bike? Then please join me for a ride to the Bike Kitchen to get your bike checked over!

We will meet at the Hawthorns Cafe on Southampton Common and do a loop of the park before heading to Bike Kitchen based at The Hub in Shirley for a maintenance check or fix of your bikes. This is a great opportunity to find out about the service they provide weekly and ask any maintenance questions you might have. Please be aware we will be riding on a mix of cycle paths and roads, some busier than others. The route there will be approx 4miles, and a shorter 2mile ride back to our starting point on the Common.

The Bike Kitchen runs every Monday night 7-9pm by trained volunteers, and is a drop in session for you to have a chance to get help with any squeak, clunk or dangly bits on your bike! The service is free, but replacement parts may be chargeable. This ride is being run alongside Cycling UK as part of their Women's Festival of Cycling.
