This Doncaster Breeze ladies ride is open for anyone to join

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

From Lakeside we will use shared paths alongside the road and round part of the Lake towards B&Q where we will follow the path to Amazon Lakes then Rake’s Lane bridle to Loversall where we will join the shared path alongside Tickhill Road to the Bike Shack at Woodfield Park for the training session for 11ish. After the hour training session we will have refreshments at the Flourish cafe. If you would like a short ride after lunch we will return via Amazon Lakes, green bridge and Red Path.

We will have a short ride out towards B&Q on the path to Amazon Lakes and then along Rake’s Lane to Loversall joining the Tickhill Road cycle path to Woodfield Park for Learn2Fix session. Returning to Lakeside via Amazon Lakes and the Red Path.

The route is traffic free on bridle ways and shared routes alongside roads.

We will stop for the training session Bike Shack and refreshments at Flourish.

Helmets are advisable and you should bring a spare inner tube and any tools you may need to change it in case of puncture.
