This is a lovely route riding from Hayes via country lanes to Teapot Island, near Yalding. There are hills but nothing too challenging. We will stop at Otford for coffee which is about halfway. We will have lunch at the cafe at Teapot Island (sadly the teapot museum is no longer there) before riding a further 4 miles to Paddock Wood Station to get the train back.
