Breeze to the Olympic park

A longish ride requiring stamina, although almost completely flat.
We will ride to north Greenwich and cross the river using the bike bus.
After an unpretty shimmy of Canning Town, we'll follow the River Lea Navigation as far as the Olympic park where we plan to have a coffee/lunch stop. (Might be a bit of a scenic route as it's a while since I've navigated the park and there's been some changes)
We'll return via Victoria park and the Regent's canal, through the isle of dogs and re-cross the river at the foot tunnel to pick up the Waterlink way back to the start.

If the foot tunnel lifts are out of order we'll use the DLR (£1.80) to cross the river.
This is an all day ride as we are using mostly shared paths north of the river
