There is a lovely cafe there where we will stop for refreshments.
On this ride we will be cycling to Ruislip Lido on a mixture of roads and bike paths. We will stop at Sans Remo Cafe at Ruislip Lido for refreshments.
Quiet side roads and bike paths.

Please wear a helmet and ensure you bring a spare innertube and money for refreshments.
