Lincoln Breeze have been invited to join with the Lincoln Cycling UK Womens Group on a round trip along part of the traffic free Sustrans NCN Route 1 Water Railway to Bardney to have Fish & Chips at the Lovely Bardney Fryer, at Platform 1 of the Bardney Heritage Centre, before returning to Lincoln back along the Water Railway. It's an 18 mile round trip :) (The Fish & Chips make it worth it!)
Mostly tarmac, some sections are a little rougher as always happens but a largely well maintained path.

Remember to bring money for refreshments, suitable clothing for the weather, a lock and Lights are essential.

Traffic free NCN1 Water Railway to Bardney :)

Traffic Free Route

Stopping at Bardney Fryer for the best fish&chips and eating in the Heritage Centre

It will be dark, there are no street lights along the route so do bring bright charged lights... Also good idea to bring suitable clothing for cold or wet, and either a spare inner tube and tools or can of tyre fix ;) oh and don't forget money for fish&chips!

First-timers welcome!
