Cycling Through Summer Sailing on a Summer Breeze!

This is predominantly a road route which takes us through some quite stunning scenery and quiet country lanes in West Lancashire.

We will head out from Rainford and cycle through several pretty villages including Newburgh, Ring O’ Bells and Bispham before arriving at Rufford Marina. Where we can stop for lunch refreshments and a chat.

Once suitably refreshed we will head back towards Rainford via Tarlscough and Ormskirk

Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and dress to suit the weather conditions. Please bring money to buy drinks/snacks or provide your own.

We always ride at a social pace to suit the whole group. We have lots of stops along the way and nobody gets left behind.

Due to the current pandemic you will also need hand sanitiser, tissues and a face mask. Please do not attend the ride if you are displaying any symptoms or feel unwell.

We are a friendly group and especially welcome newcomers to our rides.
This ride is suitable for either a road bike or hybrid (road tyres).
