Return via Rowlands Castle,Westbourne, Warblington. A nice circular route with no real hills

Route to Queen Elizabeth Country Park CycleFest

A mixture of quiet and busier roads with a couple of hills.

Refreshments at QECP

Usual cycle repair kit, sun lotion and money for refreshments
