Join us on a lovely relaxing Saturday morning ride along the River Rea cyclepath, then along the towpath to the university, then on the Bristol Road cycle path and into Cannon Hill Park where we can call in for coffee. After that we will head along the Rea Valley cycle path and back to the start at Hazelwell Park.
The route is mainly off road and is suitable for any nervous or returning cyclist. You will receive a warm friendly welcome from an experienced ride leader! We will all ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Please wear a helmet and gloves, bring a pump and a spare inner tube. The route is mainly sheltered under trees. We will see a variety of scenery including some of the beautiful buildings of the university. Please bring a drink and some money to call in at the café.
Message me if you would like to know more.
We will do a short safety M check at 10 then leave immediately afterwards. Please arrive before 10.
If it is icy or very wet I will cancel the ride so please check your emails.
